4 Success Questions To Ask Yourself For 2010

So, it’s December 31st.  I’ve been spending some time – as many others do – evaluating where I am and where I want to be by this time next year.

During this reflective time, I like to refer to 4 very important questions that I need to ask of myself while I’m formulating my plan of attack for the coming year.

As is often the case, many thanks to the late Jim Rohn for his wisdom and contribution with regards to these questions.

1) WHY?

Why am I planning the path and the goals that I am? What is my internal motivation for accomplishing these goals?

Why am I reading the books, attending the lectures, and spending time each morning ’sharpening the saw’?

Answering these questions will give clarity to the actions about to be undertaken.

2) WHY NOT?

Why NOT read the books?  Why NOT do the work?

In short, why NOT try to be the best I can be in 2010?

The time will go by anyway – either improvement can be made, or the choice can be stagnation.  Key word – choice.

3) WHY NOT ME?

Many will achieve outstanding success in 2010, increasing their health, wealth and overall value to the rest of the world.

Why not me? Again, it all comes down to commitment to change and dedication to improvement.

4) WHY NOT NOW?

Like the timeless saying goes, “There is no time like the present.”

Our lives and our ultimate destiny can be changed in an instant once we make a decision and then commit to determined, consistent action to bring that decision to fruition.

So why not now?

There is absolutely no doubt in my mind that 2010 can be the best year ever.  Let’s go make it happen together.
