With all the nutritional products available on the market today, how do you go about finding the best multivitamin to use as a supplement to your daily diet?

As I’ve stated many times, I have used various supplements my entire adult life as a safety net for my nutritional needs. I’ve tried many different formulas and many different brand names over the years, so I feel that I have a pretty good handle on the characteristics of a good nutritional product.
