Welcome to ScottCofer.com, where I’ll be sharing simple, effective self improvement tips, techniques and resources that work well for me and my hectic lifestyle.

We’re all extremely busy people these days, including myself.  Work, responsibilities at home, spouse, kids (sporting events, homework, fun time) – whose got time for self improvement?

YOU do!

I’m not a member of the camps that teach multi-day & multi-hour workouts, eating according to ridiculous diet plans, extensive yoga & meditation, or spending hours and hours on sketchy ‘opportunities’ looking for a ‘big hit’.

Who’s got that kind of time these days?  Not me.  I firmly believe that anyone can achieve maximum health, wealth and wellness by devoting just a little time each day to those pursuits.  Small, incremental change – over time - will lead to massive change in the future.
