		<description>I currently use a similar method.  I have a complete list of my goals written down and number them with a 1,3,5,10 or 20 which represent years.&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;All the ones that have a 1 next to it, I then begin to choose a top 3 and what ever the top 3 I focus on those and break them down into smaller steps to make it more achievable.  I do this for the other key areas of my life also.&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;A good technique you&#039;ve shared here scott.</description>
