The Power of Determination

Creativity and determination can get us through many of the obstacles in life.

I’ve always been amazed at what can be accomplished through the power of the human will and determination. In fact, I have seen ample evidence of this God-given power not only in my own life but in the lives of countless others.

Case in point. There are many people on this Earth that deal on a daily basis with the constant struggles inherent with the various types of physical and/or mental disabilities.

However, far from using their situation as an excuse, many of these individuals achieve great things in life that quite frankly can dwarf the accomplishments of those who do not share their predicament.

If you have any doubts whatsoever that what I’ve just said is true, and that absolutely amazing things are possible through the power of God-given determination, then I’d like you to take a few minutes to read the powerful and downright inspiring story of Stephen Wampler.

This inspiring story of guts and the power of the human will is a perfect lead-in to today’s Monday Morning Motivation:

“Always continue the climb. It is possible for you to do whatever you choose, if you first get to know who you are and are willing to work with a power that is greater than ourselves to do it.” – Ella Wheeler Wilcox

Take some time out today to review your major goals in life, then summon together your willingness and determination to take a single step in the direction of their achievement.

And always remember:

Inspiration will formulate the destination,
but it is determination that will get you there …

    Thanks Syed … I think. :-)

My Monday Morning Motivation posts are more along the lines of a quick motivator for the week, as opposed to full fledged articles. My articles are fewer and farther between due to the time and research involved, so I hope you come back to have a read of the next one.

    Best,
    Scott
